GripStrength.com and Country Crush Sponsor the 2026 John Brzenk Cup
GripStrength.com and Country Crush are proud to sponsor the 2026 John Brzenk Cup, hosted by Utah Arm Wrestling on Saturday, November 14 at Cheers to You in Midvale, Utah.
The tournament carries the name of John Brzenk, widely regarded as the greatest arm wrestler of all time. His career at the top of the sport ran for more than three decades, and for a lot of pullers his matches are where their interest in arm wrestling started.

Two handles made for this event
Country Crush built two custom versions of the Country Crush Handle for the Brzenk Cup, both with 2-inch grips. Each one carries the Country Crush label in a one-off color scheme on one side and "Brzenk Cup 2026" on the other, and the grips are red in place of the standard black.
Only two exist. GripStrength.com is giving both away at the event: one to the overall right hand champion and one to the overall left hand champion.
Why we're supporting it
Arm wrestling grows one local table at a time. Tournaments like this one are where new pullers get their first match and where experienced athletes pass on what they know. Supporting them is the best way we know to help the sport keep growing.
Getting ready to pull?
If you're building up for November, our 12-week arm wrestling grip training program lays out the work week by week, and our guide to arm wrestling handle training covers the hand, wrist and forearm strength that matters at the table. The handles and grips themselves are in our arm wrestling handles and grips collection.
Good luck to every puller stepping up. See you at the table.
