The complete implement set for the Armlifting USA Winter Clash for Cash, minus the loading pin. This is the set for lifters who already own a pin. Every implement in the contest, plus the swivel carabiner that keeps the vertical bar from spinning under load. Need a pin? Choose the Set 1 package with loading pin.
What's Included
Every item is also sold individually. The package price is lower than buying the pieces separately.
Why These Tools
The vertical bar tests pure open-hand support strength: nothing to hook, nothing to wrap. The 3" pinch block is a wide-hand thumb test that punishes anyone who has only trained the standard 2" width. Fat Gripz Extreme turn any bar into a 2.75" thick-bar implement for the heaviest open-hand pulls. The swivel carabiner lets the loading pin rotate without turning the implement, which matters most on the vertical bar, where a twist under load is the difference between a lift and a miss.
How to Use
- Clip the swivel carabiner to your loading pin and to the tab on the implement you're training.
- Load plates. Start conservative on the vertical bar and pinch block; both are dramatically harder than a rolling handle at the same weight.
- Slide the Fat Gripz Extreme onto a barbell or dumbbell for thick-bar deadlifts, rows, and holds.
- Train each implement as a skill lift: heavy singles and short timed holds, two sessions a week per implement, rotating through the set.

FAQ
Do I need a loading pin?
Yes, for the vertical bar and pinch block. Any standard loading pin works; the included swivel carabiner connects it. If you don't own one, Set 1 includes your choice of 15" Olympic or 12" Standard pin.
Are these the same implements used at the contest?
The set is built around the Winter Clash for Cash event list. The Vertical Lift Trainer is built to the common 2" vertical bar spec (1.90" OD), the pinch block is a 3" wide steel block, and the Fat Gripz Extreme is the standard 2.75" thick-bar adapter. Confirm implement specs against the official rulebook, since contest equipment can vary by host.
Do I need the swivel carabiner?
Yes, for the vertical bar. Under load a single-point implement wants to rotate, and on a vertical bar that twist pulls the bar out of your hand. The swivel lets the pin spin freely while the bar stays put. It's included in both sets for that reason.
What if a component is out of stock?
Package availability follows the stock of every item inside it. If the package shows as sold out, one of the components is temporarily out; check the individual product pages or contact us for a restock date.
