Which Loading Pin?
Pick the 15" Olympic pin if your plates have a 2" hole (standard gym and bumper plates). Pick the 12" Standard pin if your plates have a 1" hole. The swivel carabiner connects the pin to any implement in the set, so no separate carabiner is needed.

How to Use
- Clip the swivel carabiner to the loading pin and to the tab on the implement you're training.
