WristBall Armwrestling Wrist Trainer Ball

More comfortable than strap training and capable of handling heavier loads, the ArmSport WristBall is the go-to tool for building serious wrist strength for arm wrestling. A 65 mm silicone ball on a polyester strap and stainless steel D-ring: clip it to a loading pin or cable stack, grip the ball, and train the rising, pronation and supination strength that wins the hook and the top roll. Made by ArmSport in Israel.

What It Trains

Traditional strap training has its limits. It is uncomfortable and restricts how much weight you can use. The WristBall changes that. Its rounded, ball-shaped grip fits naturally in your hand, and its durable construction lets you progressively load more weight to push your wrist strength further than a strap allows.

Whether you are working on rising, pronation or supination strength, or sharpening your hook and top-roll technique, the WristBall trains the wrist positions that decide arm wrestling matches.

How to Use

  1. Clip the D-ring to a loading pin with a carabiner and load plates, or clip it to a cable stack.
  2. Grip the ball in your palm and set your wrist in the position you want to train: cupped for hook, rising toward the thumb, or rotated for pronation and supination.
  3. Lift or pull through the movement under control and hold the end position briefly. Train both arms.
  4. Add weight in small steps. Wrists and elbows adapt slower than muscle, so build up over weeks rather than sessions.

Pair the WristBall with the Ultimate Arm Wrestling Handle Set for a complete setup: the WristBall for focused wrist work, the handles for grip and stability. Need a pin? See the Country Crush loading pins.

FAQ

Why use a WristBall instead of a strap?

A strap digs into the hand and limits how much weight you can handle. The ball spreads the load across your palm, so you can train heavier and longer in the same wrist positions.

What does it attach to?

Anything with a carabiner: a loading pin with plates or a cable machine. The D-ring takes a standard carabiner.

How much weight can it take?

ArmSport rates it to 175 lb (80 kg).

Is it only for arm wrestlers?

It is built for arm wrestling, but any athlete who needs stronger wrists, including climbers and lifters, can use it for wrist flexion and rotation work.
