Everything you need for the Utah Armwrestling Training Series, minus the loading pin: both Country Crush handle frames and the two grip sizes the program is built around. This is the set for lifters who already own a loading pin or who train these movements on a cable machine. Need a pin? Choose the Set 1 package with loading pin.
What's Included
Every item is also sold individually. The package price is lower than buying the pieces separately.
Why These Tools
The Raptor is a single-hand rolling handle for one-arm pulls, curls, and cupping work. The Country Crush frame takes two grips for heavy two-hand rows, wrist curls, and static holds. The 3" and 2" grips swap between both frames in seconds, so you train the wide open-hand position and the tighter power grip on the same frames. Chalk-friendly steel, built in the USA by Country Crush.
How to Use
- Slide the grip you're training with onto the frame and secure it.
- Clip the frame to your loading pin with a carabiner and load plates, or attach it to a cable machine.
- Follow the Utah Armwrestling training series for programming. The videos show every movement with these exact tools.
- Swap grips between sessions to alternate the 3" and 2" positions.

FAQ
Do I need a loading pin?
Only if you plan to load the handles with weight plates. Any standard loading pin with a carabiner works. If you'll run everything on a cable machine, you don't need one. If you'd like a pin included, choose Set 1.
Can I add other grip sizes later?
Yes. Both frames accept every Country Crush grip size from 1.5" to 3". Grips are sold individually and in pairs on the grips page.
Does the set work for grip sport or general training, not just arm wrestling?
Yes. The same frames and grips are standard equipment in armlifting and general grip training. The Utah Armwrestling series is built around them, but nothing here is arm-wrestling-only.
What if a component is out of stock?
Package availability follows the stock of every item inside it. If the package shows as sold out, one of the components is temporarily out; check the individual product pages or contact us for a restock date.
